|Ceratostigma or Plumbago or Leadwort
An excellent groundcover with loads of late summer interest. Green summer foliage changes slowly matures to brilliant bronzy-red foliage by fall. Brilliant true blue flowers begin in late summer until the first hard frost.
|Coreopsis ‘Sienna Sunset’
Rich sienna colored flowers that lighten to pink atop fine ferny foliage. blooms all summer if occasionally trimmed back. Deer resistant. Full sun.
|Dianthus or Pinks ‘Shooting Star’
Attractive blue-green foliage , a compact mounding habit and flowers that bloom all summer and well into fall. Spicy clove scented magenta flowers. Sunny sites, good drainage, 6-7 inches tall.
|Echinacea or Coneflower ‘Pow Wow Wildberry’
Pow Wow Wildberry is the new standard in purple coneflower. Much improved over the popular but old-fashion Magnus. Pow Wow is smothered with bright pink-purple daisy flowers all summer. It is compact, well-branched, has clean foliage and stands 18-24 inches tall.
|Gaura or Wandflower ‘Crimson Butterflies’
A real hummingbird magnet with loads of hot pink flowers held on bright red stems. Blooms all summer. Easy to grow and great in a patio pot. Nicknamed wand flower because flowers are held upon wispy wands that dance in the breeze. Sun and good drainage.
|Gaillardia ‘Mesa Yellow’
The Mesa series exhibits improved vigor, uniform compact plants with strong upright habit. Mesa Yellow has 2-3 inch non-fading bright yellow blossoms all summer.
|Hemerocallis or Daylily ‘Going Bananas’
An improved ‘Happy Returns’ with larger lemon-yellow flowers and nearly continuous bloom until early fall. Each stalk can have 10-15 blooms! 18-22 inches tall.
An oldie but a goodie. Wide blue green margins with chartreuse centers in spring. The centers fade to gold in summer.Lavender flowers.15 inches.
|Heuchera or Coral Bells ‘Georgia Peach’
Glowing peach colored leaves measure up to 8 inches wide. Creamy white flowers. 14 inches tall.
|Leucanthemum or Shasta Daisy ‘Daisy May’
The best new shasta daisy on the market! Compact, sturdy, forms a dome of solid white flowers. 3 inch single pure white flowers, 20 inches tall. blooms right up until frost.
|Panicum or Switch Grass ‘Cheyenne Sky’
Petite red switch grass. Ideal for containers. But hardy and forms a tight vase-shaped clump of blue-green foliage that turns wine red in early-mid summer. 2-3 ft. Deer resistant.
|Rudbekia or Black Eye Susan ‘Little Goldstar’
The best new Black Eye Susan available. Compact, dome shaped clump of golden yellow flowers. Just 14-16 inches tall. Looks great in a pot.

Bright purple-blue flowers on strong upright stems. Forms a compact 14-18 inch mound. heat and drought tolerant.
